If customers need to place an order a full set of wooden interior furniture or single products such as wardrobe, kitchen cabinet, bedroom bed, TV shelf, etc manufactured according to available design drawings, ordering sequences are as follows:

Customers send an email asking for a production quotation by click here, or call directly the hotline number of TSFurniture.com.vn

• Based on the available design drawings and the type of materials required, TSFurniture.com.vn will make a quotation. In order to avoid consuming your time, customers should include all details of drawings and information of product such as its designs, dimensions, materials, functions, etc. in your requesting email. The more detailed, the faster and more accurate quotation will be issued.

After agreeing on the price plan, TSFurniture.com.vn will appoint Technical and designing personnel to survey the site directly and advise more about materials, utility and how to ensure to complete interior furniture at highest aestheticism.

• The two parties agree on technical drawings, price quotations and economic contracts to implement. After signing the contract, Party A will advance to Party B the amount equivalent to 50% of the contract value, the rest will be paid after Party B delivers fully the items as in the contract appendix.
• Delivery time will be agreed by both parties.

Handover, installation and warranty of products

• The product is warranted for a period of 12 months from the date of handing over the project.

PLACE AN ORDER WITHOUT AVAILABLE DESIGN DRAWING

Collect information.

• Based on requirements of customers on items to be designed such as overall interior design, bedroom furniture, kitchen cabinet design, wardrobe design, etc.
• The company’s design staff comes to the site for survey or customers provide details in dimensions of site for the company.
• Customers provide required information on color, material and wooden furniture designs.

Prepare preliminary design documents and construction quotation

• Based on the actual design and dimension requirements, architects will make preliminary design drawing (2D drawing).
• Prepare interior construction quotation according to design drawings and materials as required by customers

Manufacture wooden interior furniture

• After agreeing on design drawings, material type, unit price for construction items of wooden furniture, the company prepares detailed design document, contract annex and contract.
• Customers advance 40% of the value of the order to the construction party after signing the contract. Another 40% will be advanced when the construction party delivers the items to the site. The rest is paid after finishing installation.

Product Delivery and warranty

• Thời Delivery time after 15-30 days (from the date of signing the contract and receiving deposit)
• Wooden furniture is warranted for 12 months from the date of acceptance and delivery of the product.
